Private Sexual Images And Wrongful Termination

Lawsuit Alleges Wrongful Termination and Distribution of Sexual Images

A Kansas City, Missouri woman has filed a lawsuit against her former employer alleging that her employer terminated her after her personal relationship with the owner ended. The woman alleges that she was working as an assistant to the company’s owner for approximately one month before the relationship began. She alleges she became concerned about retaining her job after the owner informed her that he had previously had relationships with at least two of his former assistants before ending the relationships and firing the women.

She also alleges that following arguments that they had, the owner would threaten to fire her. He terminated her employment, she alleges, after their relationship was “broken.”

The woman is also alleging that the owner sent private sexual images of her to another man without her consent and that he posted at least one sexual image of her to the internet.
